User Satisfaction Survey

Our annual User Satisfaction Survey aims to gauge how well you think we are performing.

The survey asks how aware you are of us, what activities you think we should be engaged in and how good you think we are at delivering benefits to you.

Our third annual survey was launched on 23 June 2008. Key performance indicators are shown below and the full survey results will be published shortly.
