This report aims to provide a broad understanding of the relationship between the Logistics sector, the West Midlands economy and land use issues. Its aim is to provide a clear picture of the logistics sector at both national and regional level and to identify robust criteria for assessing and choosing Regional Logistics Sites. It forms the first stage of a two stage study.
